Hi, I am from Malaysia too.
I just update the latest version0.66.1, the frenq 433 still blocked in Malaysia. Therefore till now I cant use it on the Flipper.
@Astra For Malaysia unblock the freq 433 otherwise the message “transmission is blocked” appear.

I’m in South Africa. We should have the same frequency’s as the EU. It looks like we currently fall under “the rest of the world” those frequency’s are definitely illegal and interfere with cellphone coverage. I’m confused as to how to change it to the EU ones.
@Astra could you please also check the data for Thailand with the document from this link (Government document)

My car is in 433ghz so I assume it should be ok

Hi @Astra. This is are the allowed frequency for Philippines. You may refer to this file provided on the site.
https://ntc.gov.ph/philippine-table-of-frequency-allocations/
It’s good to see that we are making progress with more countries and regions properly added.
Here’s the governance document for Singapore https://www.imda.gov.sg/-/media/Imda/Files/Regulation-Licensing-and-Consultations/Frameworks-and-Policies/Spectrum-Management-and-Coordination/SpectrumMgmtHB.pdf .
See Chapter 7 for short-range devices.
@Astra Is there a list of properly provisioned regions in the documentation? This is so that people in different regions can know if they can help by submitting the relevant governance documentation.
I have the same issue with my device.
I’m based in Germany and try to use a garage door opener on 433MHZ.
It’s clearly legal in Germany but Flipper blocks the transmission.
Attached the document from the German “Bundesnetzagentur” stating the legality. It can also be downloaded here: https://www.bundesnetzagentur.de/SharedDocs/Downloads/DE/Sachgebiete/Telekommunikation/Unternehmen_Institutionen/Frequenzen/Allgemeinzuteilungen/FunkanlagenGeringerReichweite/2018_05_SRD_pdf.pdf?__blob=publicationFile&v=7

Hi! Can you please check that your region got provisioned correctly? You can do it by holding DOWN on the home screen, there’ll be a string like R0X:EU (with X being 1-4). If it says something else, please send the screenshot of that sceen here.
The full list of frequencies can be found in our documentation: Frequencies - Flipper Zero — Documentation
@Astra I still cannot use the Flipper the Sub-GHz for my gate remote in Malaysia freq (433.5)
It still show “Transmission Block for the Region”.
I have checked with the MCMC documentation. It is a legal frequency range for amateur use, similarly in Singapore and Taiwan region.
Please unblock/update the Flipper for Region R03: MY
Technical document for Malaysia Weiterleitungshinweis
by the way, it appears that the windows program uses device regional format to determine region, because my flipper was set to R04:DE when the computer used was not in germany. please add option to select correct region, because I am sure that there are many expatriates and foreigners abroad who would benefit from this, thanks. even when I have now changed my regional format to fix this, it is still set to germany. how do I fix this?
if anyone is having the same issue, I used my cell phone and fixed it, it even allowed me to update it to the same version, only changing the region.
I have the same thing. Used to work fine but now after updating “Transmission is blocked”… rather frustrating when an update breaks existing features.
Hardware region: 1
Hardware region provisioned: ZA
Hardware version: 12
Firmware: 0.75.0 8ee66c3e
They promised to be working on a new provision scheme that will be more accurate and that was 6 months ago and now its been broken more.
Lets put it this way: I can go to an electronics store right neo (okay maybe not now because its night ) and buy a 433 mhz module and plug it into an arduino and play with it legally. 433mhz is free to use here. Yet blocked on Flipper. Pretty sad. Its good to have this in place, dont get me wrong, but dont block things that dont need to be locked. Not great UX.
dont respond form developer ….
I think Malaysia n Indonesia have same regulation with singapore so please update allow freq in Indonesia n Malaysia
I have same problem and i dont know haw to fix it , sam one can hellp ? please
@here For everyone in this topic: if your region data contains incorrect bands then please open issue on github.
