312.100 MHZ what kind of frequency is?

this frequency ↓

when i catch the signal i can’t send it why?

Because it is not a protocol behind. You don’t have a SDR.

The captured signal is just a bunch of converted 0 and 1, it is not the waveform. So a replay could send anything.
That is the reason, why the flipper needs to know the protocol, before the captured signal can be send.

In short.

ok…but…then…what kind of dsp i can attach?

I’ve got hands on a HackRF. It is a totally different device to the Flipper.
The Flipper does in the suite case, what I develop in my full featured garage at home.

Of course you can add a DSP to the Flipper, bit the ‘intelligence’ still will be outside.
So decide if you are on the run to capture or later emulate what you discovered or at home to analyze.

i’m already poor…hack RF cost a little bit to much…i have study a lot first to buy a flipper zero…
I have a Wi fi board it can be a dsp?
and dsp what does it mean?

ask questions to the developers of the firmware you have installed

i have installed the firmware stock

Stock firmware doesn’t have that frequency analyzer and your question is strange … 312.100 frequency is just a frequency … like any other frequency but at 312.100 instead of 433.92 or 868.35 or whatever a frequency is just a frequency so “what kind of frequency” doesn’t make sense to me … your question i mean …

You can send it, go to Sub-Ghz → Read RAW and REC, Not the same signal, but you can record it again, and send it. And it can even be a weather station. “frequency is just a frequency”, But it’s up to You to analyze what it is.
