ADD NEW REMOTE - Cardin S449 specification and emulation

I tried to scan the signal of my radio control with the Flipper Zero and obtained the data that you can see in the attached photo.

I tried to add a new remote control and synchronize it with my gate unit control, but I couldn’t do it. I’m not sure about MF:Reff.

Can somebody help me to synchronize my flipper zero?
