I’m trying to configure my WiFi dev board, but when I connect to blackmagic and go to 192.168.4.1, it says no internet. Does anyone know how to fix this?
So you can connect to the wifi AP blackmagic SSID and it does not react to opening the page? If you are connected to the AP, what OS are you running? is your local ip and subnet in the same or available range as the blackmagic?
for windows ipconfig , for unix like os mostly ifconfig? do you have a gateway? or ip when connected to the blackmagic? that could be handy 
On android or ios or whatever , you should also be able to see network config and ip settings, if those are blank you might wanna configure one manually.
I solved the problem, my computer has built in proxy settings because it’s managed by the school admins.
