I’m from Guatemala and I we have too many blocked frequencies when the law only bans a few. Here’s a Government site with the list of banned frequencies. https://sit.gob.gt/gerencia-de-frecuencias/frecuencias/bandas-de-frecuencias/ If I’m not wrong those bans are even expired since 96-98.

What bands don’t work that you believe should work? There is a difference between a frequency being banned and a device being approved to operate on a frequency. It can be much more complicated then yes or no. Most frequencies require a device to be specifically tested and approved for a frequency by a regulating body before it can transmit on that frequency.
