Buttons doesn’t work and frozen intermittently

Hi

I’m using FZ with latest firmware and it give me multiple issues on first day. Buttons doesn’t work intermittently and frozen software while using. Tried with restoring FW and resetting factory reset, same issue. Tried with custom FW, same issues. Battery health is good, no damages. Recently ordered from Joom and tried to return and they said to post it here. 5 days old device now.

What kind of SD card are you using?

SanDisk Ultra Class 10 32GB. I tried without SD card too, same issue.

Hello! What is the log level in your device’s settings? If it’s not set to “Default”, it can cause the behavior that youre describing.
