Can I resyncronize my car keyfob?

Hi
I just played around with the keyfob of my car. I once captured the signal out of range and tried to replay it. The problem is now that only the backup key works. Is there a pocibility to resyncronize the rolling code between keys and the car?
Its a skoda octavia c 1.6 d4x4 from the year 2012

Thanks very much for the help!

Yes, it’s possible but the process is different from one car to the next. You didn’t give enough information here for anyone to help with the process.

Does that help?

Best I can tell that one requires special software. You may need to see a locksmith.

I may have found another way.

I did the same with flipper zero. I have a skoda fabia from 2011 and my key did not work anymore. But what i did : i’ve opened the car door with the physical key then started the engine and drive like 20 minutes or less. After that close the door with the physical key and then it work to close or open from the remote .

Open the car with the key and place the key on ignition, turn ON ignition but NOT engine (place key on ignition on ON position but not rotate to start engine). Now press and keep pressed one button on keyfob for several sec. Turn off key and remove, test to see if keyfob did re-sync.

You shouldn’t need any special device/programmer to re-sync keys. The device is only needed to programm new keys -
