Defective screen

Hi!

I finally received my flipper zero last friday, and everything worked perfectly.

However, the next morning when waking up, I noticed there was an issue with the screen. Though I already updated the firmware it seems the issue comes from the hardware.

I sent an email to the support ([email protected]).
In the mean time, I’d like to know if people experienced something similar ?

Can you provide a ticket number from your email? You should have received one automatically if you’ve sent your message to the correct email address.
