on my phone when I uploaded all the application from my qflipper application went to my flipper
Now it’s asking me to update all of them and the won’t

Yes, that’s probably the issue.
Most apps aren’t compatible between firmware versions. You may find it better to manually update apps with the qFlipper app or grab a firmware pack that includes updated apps.
