Flipper 0 just arrived and did not work

Hello,

I just received my flipper 0 From JOOM and I have issues with the device.

My flipper do not power on without usbc charger and when I put the charger on, the light up but nothing appears.

I try to charge it all night, put power on and left arrow at the same time for 30 secondes as requested by Joom. Nothing works.

Do you have any solution for me ?
