Flipper shipping from which country?

Hello,
In order to avoid some nasty tax/customs surprises, would it please be possible to know from which country the Flippers bought through Kickstarter will be shipped, in particular for European backers?

The developers have said a couple times in the kickstarter comments that the shipping will most likely be from a factory in china. Though they are looking into the option of warehouses to ship them from in other countries.
