can anyone help identify these HID cards, flipper will not read either of them. is there any way to make flipper read these cards with a 3rd party app?

Confirming, this sort of cards is what Picopass app deals with. It will either make a copy or assert it’s impossible.
yes, the HID card is red by pico pass, but the top card is not.
