Help with Lutron Pico remote

I have a Lutron Pico remote (FCC ID: JPZ0075) that users sub-Ghz. Lost story short is that i can capture raw signals (433.920, 433.657 and 433.889)and replay them but my lights do nothing. Any help would be great

Followed all steps to add a remote but also no success with the Lutron Caseta remotes.

Raw capture and playback doesnt work, either? What frequency is the raw capture saying the signal is

I have the same experience. I’m not even sure how to debug this.
