I have a card that cannot be written because it is blocked but I want to erase the information and put another card’s information on it.
Not all tags can be written/erased. Are you sure your tag supports writing?
Writeable/Erasible cards sometimes have special lock bits. Once set (card is locked) - they cannot be reversed. There are also bits for a password protection, they can be reversed with a password.
