My first idea is to apply dec-to-hex conversion to the 1010000564.
Flipper should also read Indala26 cards on its own, but you are not the first one to report that this feature doesn’t always work.

No joy. created manually, even wrote it to one of these

but neither fz nor the card were recognized.
