Hi, what . I recently bought a zero flipper and it seemed strange to me that it came uncharged. I put it on charge and it didn’t turn on after a few days I did a reset and now it turns on but the infrared doesn’t work. Does anyone know what it could be? thank you

Did you update the firmware and add an SD card?
