I found that if I update via a pc it is all good.
But IOS (Phone) still wants to update to the same version
So if you update via IOS (Phone) it then kills the SubGhz region (AU)
reloaded the backup of the same version (PC update) and back to normal
Then IOS (Phone) is back to it needs an update to the same version again.

I figured out the same erratic behaviour.
There are multiple threads about this behavior. Hopefully a fix is on the way but I have not an ETA for the fix.
The described issues fixed with the new versions of app and firmware.
