Is IR transmitter working or broken?

So, I’m not sure if my flipper is fully operational and am still figuring out if it suffered physical damage…

And I found out that there’s an issue with IR!

It can learn IR codes. But when I transmit them to the TV, nothing happens.

And I thought: what if the IR transmitter died?

To test if IR is blasting:
I pointed the flipper’s IR in the phone camera → it didn’t shine!
Then I took the original TV remote → its IR bulb shined in the camera!

Seems that the flipper’s IR blaster is dead? But then, how is it able to detect different IR codes?

Because receiver and transmitter are separate components for IR.
