So …. Joom use ERVI… what a joke, I’m nearly a month and half in since my product has clear customs in the UK. Joom keep pushing back on offering a refund or replacement and this after me actually sending them proof from ERVI that product is lost, and the fact the tracking has not changed. I worked in tech, especially etail for past 20 years and this level of service is beyond. Flipper zero if this is your one and only reseller, you need to step and change this as it’s not going to help your brand or help create a bigger community.
