MPU fault. Possible stock overflow

Hello im having a issue with my flipper producing a mpu fault.the flipper is completely locked up and unusable at this time. Order of events.
I opened the flipper today around 7am from its box to turn it on and see whats onside.
Went to work without it came back and connected it tobmy phone( galaxy s20)via the app and Bluetooth.
Scrolled through the device and to see what it does. Went to the IR setting to playbwith that and within a few moments received a "flipper crashed amd rebooted " message on screen but the controls dont work at all and the message is just stuck on screen. Im not a expert with this by any means and purchased the device as learning device but now its just frozen. I didnt get a chance to update the firmware yet as i dont have access to a computer atm and was just using the off the shelf features. Any tips for a hard reset of this device ? I dont see any other buttons then whats on the screen side.
Any help is much appreciated thank you for reading

Make sure the Flipper is disconnected and do a β€œReboot with hotkeys”. Then plug the Flipper in to charge. After allowing it to charge for at least a few hours hold down the back button to start the Flipper. If you have an SD card in the Flipper and it still won’t power up properly try removing the SD card and attempt β€œReboot with hotkeys” again.

You should be able to upgrade the firmware from within the Flipper app on your phone if you have an SD card in the Flipper.
