Try restoring it with a pc and qFlipper
DFU should work.
you could also try to extract the tgz to the SD directly in the root of the SD in create a update folder where the contents of the tgz must be placed, and it should pickup flash from there after reset.
And stop updating firmware over BT. It is too unstable for a delicate part as updating firmwares as it goes over wireless connection which can be interrupted easily.
