My flipper wont go past the dolphin on boot up

My flipper has been working fine up untill a few weeks ago.

I am able to update the firmware (101.2 currently).

When it boots it will not go past the dolphin screen no matter what key sequence I use. I downloaded the Windows app to try and direclty connect it and that is crashing and will not load. My device is less than 1 year old.

Any Ideas??

recovery completed. still same results.

Just the dolphin no other menus.

Well it looks like it was locked, I was able to change it into normal mode and now everything works great.
