Perhaps you can elaborate on what you have done. You may not know all the options. I’ve been here quite a while and I’m still learning what some of the possible options are.

Yes I did but the problem still persists.

Perhaps someone else will have an idea.
Try to reset the software. Updating, Formating de SD card and downloading the software.
