Hello, I ordered a package and I still didn’t receive it. The shipping company that normally should delivered it, was bpost. They send the package back because they couldn’t find my adress. I tried contacting bpost, yunexpress dhl, dhl/dp and nobody could help me. It is frustrating and I don’t know wich step to take further, can someone help me please?
You should contact the site you bought the Flipper from. Based on the shipper I’m going to guess that was Joom.
