My screen has black parts that grow !

Hello,

I had the misfortune to order 4 items from joom (the Flipper Zero, the wifi card, screen protectors and prototyping boards.). Very disappointed with the quality of the product (especially the screen with black parts) I asked for a return and refund of the products within the 14 days who allowe withdrawal.

Unfortunately, joom refuses and sends me back to you without respecting
they own conditions of sale.

For me it is a site of crooks and I ask you to intervene in this matter as soon as possible and to refund me (or at least to exchange me the defective Flipper Zero).
