New Flipper Device will not Update - Manifest not found

Attempting to update Flipper to 0.94.1 via both qFlipper and iOS app.

Tried with a 256GB Samsung microSD, and 128GB SanDisk microSD. Both verified to work fine on PC, formatted exFAT.

Have attempted multiple times with each SD card, with both factory reset via settings → storage in addition to the Left + Back key press.

I’m experiencing the same issue. Also attempting to update Flipper to 0.94.1 via qFlipper.

Using a 16GB Samsung microSD that I’ve also verified functionality on PC and formatted using FAT32 through Windows, and through the Flipper device itself.

I’ve attempted the update multiple times and have been receiving the same “Manifest folder not found” error each time.

Note: “[RPC] Cannot match message with id 601” log ID number changes each time I attempt to perform the firmware update.

Update:

I’ve attempted an internal storage repair, hard reboot (hold back+left button for 30 sec), and firmware recovery multiple times, but I’m still receiving the same “Manifest folder not found” error when attempting to update the firmware.

Here are the two Flipper docs I followed to perform the internal storage repair and firmware recovery:

Both the internal storage repair factory reset and firmware recovery through the USB DFU bootloader were successful; however this did not resolve the update error.

My Flipper Zero device shows it is now on the firmware version 0.94.1 (latest stable release) after performing the firmware recovery, but this is not a temporary workaround because I’m still unable to use any of the features. When attempting to open any feature other than settings or apps (Sub-GHz, 125 kHz RFID, NFC, Infrared, GPIO, iButton, Bad USB, U2F), I receive the following message: “Update needed | Update firmware to run this app”

This renders the device useless, even though it shows I am now on the latest stable firmware release of 0.94.1 after successfully performing the firmware recovery through the USB DFU bootloader.

I’ve also tried running the qFlipper application as an administrator, re-installing the qFlipper application, connecting the USB directly to my motherboard to bypass my USB hub, and attempted to perform the firmware update over Bluetooth through the android and iOS app but have had no luck.

Update
After formatting the microSD card via the flipper main menu / settings /storage, I tried another update and it worked.

I tried this many time and it did not resolve the error. Glad it worked for you though :+1:

Update:
After purchasing a brand new microSD card, I was able to update the firmware successfully. Guess the microSD card was the problem, not the Flipper.
