My flippers backlight have stopped working…
Have contacted the flipper support team, but wanted to research if any one have had the same problem?
Have tried to update firmware and turning up and down the brightnes, but nothing helps…
Most likely hardware issue then … You need to have it replaced/fixed by support team … If with official firmware and with brightness set to high it doesn’t light up it’s damaged physicaly for sure unless something is not properly connected inside but taking apart the flipper might be a bad idea if chances are high for it to be a hardware problem.
Yeah, sound like something’s wrong with the backlight circuit, the support team should reply in 2-4 business days and help you get that fixed

Its also worth noting that the backlight will stop working if there’s a firmware mismatch or if you’re out of date. Had this happen to mine and it corrected itself after the update.
