I’ve stored several NFC and Sub-GHz keys on my Flipper but I don’t see any keys in the Archive view of the iOS mobile app even though it says it has synchronized. I’m using version 1.2.4 of the mobile app and firmware release 0.71.1. Is there anything else I need to do to populate the Archive in the mobile app?
Hi, same behaviour here.
iOS app version 1.3.0
Firmware version 0.71.1
Also from time to time the Bluetooth link is lost and I have to reconnect.
Mine did eventually start showing in the mobile app after several hours. Not sure if I did anything that caused it to change or if it just took a while for some reason.
Any more traction on this? Having the same issue on Android. App said the key was archived but it does not appear in the archive, and is no longer on flipper device.
Based on the information you’ve provided, both your Flipper firmware and mobile app version seem compatible (minimum required versions being 1.2.0 for mobile app and 0.70.0 for firmware).
However, there might be other reasons why the keys aren’t showing up in the Archive view of the iOS mobile app. Here are some steps you can try:
- Restart both the Flipper and mobile app: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve synchronization issues.
- Check for Flipper mobile app updates: While your version seems compatible, ensure you are running the latest version of the Flipper mobile app by checking the App Store for updates.
- Re-sync Flipper with mobile app: Try forcing a re-sync between your Flipper and the mobile app. This process might vary depending on the specific Flipper app version you’re using, but it typically involves going to the settings menu within the app and finding a “Sync” or “Data Transfer” option.
