Not charging nor powering up

Hello, first of all i love this product!

Second, the flipper just arrived some days agoo and it was fun to play with, but today (this morning) i found it powered off.
It won’t charge nor power up.
I also tried to reset it, and no luck.

One detail , different from all similar issues, is that when i’m plugging the charging cable, it won’t power on but it will make a very low noise from inside the tool.
At the moment i am unavailable to open it with any screwer,

do you have any idea ? Thanks in advance to all!

Hello, i just opened it and i tried to reattach the battery and it booted back up.
Now the issue is that i just get a “blank” image on the screen, just nothing.
If i connect it to my pc, i can see the screen on qFlipper and control it.
I tried to reset it, without success.

Any ideas / aadvices ?

Maybe you damaged the flat cable that plugs the LCD to the main flipper board ???
