I made an order and the card was charged. Got 2 emails. One saying order is confirmed and second one stating order was canceled.
Shipping to Europe.
Why this happened?
How long refunds take?
A bit strange to accept orders, charge them and then cancel them.
I am new so i am only looking for help. No negative vibes.
