Passive Bluetooth file sharing with friends [IDEA]

I would like to have an application that shares files with my friends Flipper Zeros by Bluetooth without much work on my part. It would work like this:

  1. My friends and I share our Flipper Zero Bluetooth addresses (BD_ADDR) with each other.
  2. While we are apart, we put files to share in a special folder on our Flipper Zeros.
  3. When I meet one of my friends again, our Flipper Zeros recognize each other by BD_ADDR and exchange files.
  4. Our Flipper Zeros notify us when we receive new files.
