What I am seeing here is a lot of people wanting features that can be summed up as a “peripheral mode” or “pass through mode”.

in addition replacing Bus Pirate as a UART/SPI/I2C usb adapter, JTAG adapter and a USB rubberduck, Flipper can potentially also replace hundreds of dollars of gear such as:

a “yardstick one” dongle ( rfcat compatible?)

a usb RFID dongle

a 1-wire usb dongle

bluetooth dongle (sniffing ??)

rfcat support would be pretty neat as well as YARDstick one emulation. Would instantly bring support for flipper to lots of SW tools that support YSO.

All this would be very rad. I’m currently searching around to see if anyone has made a plugin/module for using Bluetooth for the UART-USB Bridge mode. It would be amazing to be able to lose some of the wires, and even interact with mains-referenced devices!
