Qfliper does not recognize my flipper, “unsuported device”

any help on this ? ive spent hours reading and trying to figure this out. any help would-be appreciated

440 [APP] qFlipper version 1.3.2 commit 7b0839e1 2023-06-08T05:58:22
440 [APP] OS info: Windows 11 Version 21H2 11 10.0.22000 Qt 6.4.2

746 [UPD] Fetched update information from https://update.flipperzero.one/firmware/directory.json
2258 [REG] Device initialization failed: Failed to find a suitable serial port

Sure it is not a operating system thingy? The UAC/Filesecurity and monitored folders in W11 got a bit stricter then the older version of MS operating systems. If you could get it int DFU mode by holding middler+back button for half a minute it should be able to dectect it in recovery mode and qflipper should also recognize it for restoring.

Thanks for the advice. I will try first thing in the morning and give a update…and yeah I’m thinking about going back to win 10

I’m using Windows 11 too, on 2 laptops but I’m not experiencing these issues myself.
Have you tried running Windows in safe mode and try to connect? Windows only loads a minimum set of drivers in safe mode, maybe that helps in locating the issue? Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support

So originaly I read in the Docs section of the Flipper website about what the issue could be about to drivers having the same name or something like that, and it, causing it not to be able to read the usb connection do you get clear instructions on how to change the name in port settings, but I did not and do not have that option when I click on properties.
