Joom support told me to ask here first so I’m gonna do it, even if I know it’s an hardware issue. I was already asking on the official discord more than week ago.

Here are the screenshots from the discussion I had. Can anyone here confirm that it’s an hardware issue and I can request replacement/ refund? Or is there anythin I could do to fix the issue? Also I ordered the clear nfc mifare classik 1k and they also are not readable by the flipper at all.
