I’ve seen alot of amazon shops selling flipper zeros. Would it be considered illegal to buy and resell Flipper Zero’s for a small profit? Like if i started a small webshop as an unofficial reseller?
Under certain circumstances scalping is illegal. Probably not with the Flipper but it’s a jerk move to scalp them. I’m being nice here when I say jerk. The words I’d like to use to describe the practice aren’t appropriate here. If you get caught or flagged as a scalper your orders may be canceled or you may be banned from future purchases. I understand it’s tempting. Some people may say it’s OK and they are free to have their opinion. I will never buy scalped items or support them in any way.
