Shipping missing #373040

After ordering the Flipper with great enthusiasm on Jan. 18th is that enthusiasm reaching a new low.

Today contacted the shipping company that says that the package never is received, while the tracking information shared by Flipper Devices says it’s handed over to them. But the tracking information from the shipping company shows not package received.

What doesn’t help is the response time of 7 business days on support requests. Already created 2 support requests (17518, 17928).

Perhaps by improving on shipping could help to get a faster response on a support request. Still I want to know whether the package is or isn’t shipped.
