Do you mean listen to the signals to see if the system is sending incorrect or malicious messages? We would have to know more about the transmission frequencies to give you an idea. I suspect it would be a large task and a full SDR would make more sense though.
The Flipper could not interact directly with the firmware in any way I’m aware of.
