Unstable Bluetooth connection in Android

I am using flipper with Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, European version, running Android 14 with OneUI 6.0
The bluetooth connection is stable onlynwhile the app is active andnin foreground. When the app is left in background, it would disconnect within minutes. This unfortunately renders all the widget functionality useless.
Please help.

After I add the widget it just asks me to add a key every time I press the widget. A key never get’s assigned.
