When hooking it into a PC USB - it’ll have an option to capture keystrokes…
I think not, basically it will be a keyboard or other HID device, so it will be able to type in or move cursor but not read what’s being typed.
Am I wrong?
No you are not wrong, the only data send to a HID device are the various “Locks” to enable the functionality of the CapsLock led for example.
I think you could make a dev board with usb in and out and write a program for flipper to capture the signal.
Flipper can’t work as 2 devices at the same time, so you can’t have for example a Ducky script and a USB media like pen drive to save data so you can’t run BAD USB and save data back to the Flipper SD because while in Bad USB mode you can’t have flipper behave like external SD card plugged to USB…
Text doesn’t take up a lot of memory. I wonder if data could be cached in memory and written to the SD card when unplugged? Maybe an independent team will give it a try.
