Broke mine, looking for replacement part.
I don’t think the SD card reader is something you can replace.
What are those blobs for? Or are they an example of bad soldering?
Those have to be desoldered to remove the screen. The picture is from the ifixit teardown.
NVM, flipper just started working normally

Happened with me from time to time, never identified the culprit. Few reinserts and reboots always work.
