Total newbie at this.
I got a 128 GB Samsung micro SD from Micro Center in a blue packaging that wouldn’t work with the Flipper. I formatted it in FAT32, nothing was working.
Then I exchanged it with a Samsung 128 GB PRO Endurance hoping for the best… it worked right out of the box. No need for formatting. The update finished successfully and I can now start playing with it.

Are you sure the first one was Samsung? I see Micro Center sells their own micro SD in Blue packaging?
Yes, the first one in blue packaging was Samsung too. It was labeled Pro Plus
That’s very surprising to me. Perhaps a quality defect. Perhaps someone else has tried this and will chime in.
Thanks for posting though! Out of caution I’ll steer people away from this particular model.
