Magic Card UID reads as all zeroes despite successful write

Hi! I’m trying to clone a Mifare Classic card onto a different card. The target card is read as a 1a magic card by the NFC Magic application and trying to write the saved card to it shows up as successful. But when I then scan the target card, its UID is not that of the original card but blank (00 00 00 00). It should actually be a magic 1a card, but something is going wrong… Can anyone give me a hint as to what to try next?

This is what happens to me after I updated Flipper Can’t write UID anymore after copying I can’t write card 00:00:00:00:00 appears.
Everything after the update I tried other Firmware but it doesn’t work anymore.
Even better is proxmark3

I just tested with the latest version of “u” firmware (not official) and I can’t reproduce the issue.

I was able to format the written Gen1 card, re-write the UID and use the NFC app to write to initial card without any issue.

Whatever the problem is it might be related to your specific version of firmware, NFC Magic app or even flipper.

This procedure still does work for me with 060e of “u” …
